Initiated by the Çanakkale Battles Gallipoli Historical Area Directorate, a project was developed to showcase the medical services provided behind the front lines during the Çanakkale Battles to visitors of the historical area.
The first phase of the project, the Alçıtepe Red Crescent Hospital Open Air Exhibition, was opened to visitors on March 18, 2018, and received significant attention, becoming one of the focal points of the historical area.

The second phase, the “1915 Çanakkale Battles Medical Services Museum,” was completed with the support of Konya Selçuklu Municipality and contributions from the Health Sciences University, and it was opened to visitors on August 10, 2021.

Inspired by period photographs, the museum portrays the medical services provided to wounded soldiers and civilians in Red Crescent Hospitals, including interventions and surgeries performed on soldiers brought from the front lines, laboratory work conducted in hospitals, dental treatments, and the portrayal of wards for wounded soldiers, women, and children.
Visitors to the “1915 Çanakkale Battles Medical Services Museum” have the opportunity to learn about the ongoing medical services behind the front lines during the Çanakkale Battles.
The entirety of the Sıhhiye Museum, including all its elements, was captured through the eyes of the pilot using an FPV drone operated by the AA team.
