Project Earns Support Under the 2025 Technical Assistance Program
A new project aiming to strengthen green and digital transformation capabilities within Edirne’s production ecosystem has been approved for support under the Trakya Development Agency’s 2025 Digital and Green Transformation Technical Assistance Program. The project is designed to enhance the sustainability and digital competence of local businesses, helping them transition toward future-ready production models.
Protocol Signed at ETSO
The protocol for the project, titled Enhancing Green and Digital Transformation Capacity in Edirne’s Production Ecosystem, was signed at the Edirne Chamber of Commerce and Industry. With this signing, a strategic transformation process for Edirne’s manufacturing sector has officially begun.
Green Transformation Training for the Manufacturing Sector
As part of the project, businesses in the manufacturing sector will receive training on carbon footprint calculation, energy efficiency, waste management, and resource optimization. Through these programs, companies will reduce their environmental impact while gaining expertise needed for a sustainable production model.
Hands-On Digitalization Training
Alongside green transformation, businesses will also be supported in their digital journeys. Training will cover ERP systems, production monitoring technologies, automation solutions, and data-driven management tools.
